Dan Peterson, Esq. is a DC-based attorney, entheogenic practitioner, and depression survivor who uses his legal background and personal experience to expand equitable access to responsibly-administered transformative experiences. He is the Executive Director and Founding Member of the Association of Entheogenic Practitioners while also running his legal practice, Peterson Law, LLC.
